Mrs. Jennifer Chan is the founder of UCI. Before she started the company in 2018, she had already worked in the magnetic industry for 16 years. She was mainly responsible for international sales and marketing of magnetic products in her previous roles and had traveled to visit customers and distributors in 20 different countries, and she has working and living experience in Chicago, USA for one year. As a result, she has extensive knowledge and experience in magnetic products and the magnetic industry. She also has a deep understanding of European and American cultures and very strong English communication skills.

When she ended a partnership in 2018 and wanted to begin something new, she chose to build a company focused on magnetic office and stationery products. At that time, there was no Chinese company dedicated to this niche market, when overseas customers wanted to order various types of magnetic office products, they had to buy from multiple suppliers to get everything they needed. Jennifer wanted to solve this problem for them. She had no idea whether she would succeed in this new venture or not, but it was her passion. She wanted to do something new in an old industry!

Magnetic office and stationery products are a very small market segment, but Jennifer knew from the beginning that magnetic products would not be the only mission of the company. She planned to develop more products and expand the business model over time. That's why she named the company UCI Magnet and More. The company's development has always reflected her philosophy.
